Pamukkale Senfoni Öküzgözü Shiraz is a fine Turkish dry red wine crafted from grapes harvested early in the morning from selected parcels. The grapes are macerated for 10 days in cooled concrete tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine ages for nine months, with blending taking place after six months to achieve balance and harmony.
In the glass, it shows a medium ruby colour. The bouquet reveals inviting aromas of red and black fruits with spicy notes. On the palate, it is structured yet round, with light tannins and a fruity, spicy finish that gives both freshness and depth.
