Anfora Trio is produce from the vineyards around the winery on the limestone plateau of Güney. Trio is a blend of Chardonay, Narince and Sauvignon Blanc. Apple, lemon, pineapple and greypfurt; all are integrated in to great nose. The flavor is smooth balanced with delicate acidity and minerals. Long and greasy finish. Should be served at 8-10 °C with fishes especially grouper and sea bass, chicken dishes, pasta and salads.
