The fortunate crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in the early 1600s created what we now know as Cabernet
Sauvignon, one of the most widely recoginsed red grape varietiesin the world. Coonawarra’s cool climate and famous terra rossa over limestone soils provides ideal growing conditions for premium Cabernet Sauvignon.
Made in a bright fruit-driven style, this wine is made using predominantly older French oak barriques which leaves the tannins soft and supple to accentuate the ripe fruit notes. Producing a wine with vibrancy and depth.
