Pink Colomb Bay Pinot Noir 2022

In order to have a Rosé rich in aromas, the use of techniques that have proven themselves on whites, grapes from the oldest vines are bled and those from the youngest are pressed. After settling, the musts ferment at low temperature and are then aged on the lees until bottling.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING: Ideal accompanied by cold meats and tapas as an aperitif with friends, but also at the table around grilled meats.

Best Serve: well chilled 10°C.
