Nodus Carbernet Franc-Merlot is produce from the area of Güney in Denizil region. Havested early in the morning the grapes are immediately processed at the winery not far than 10 km from bounds of Güney terroir. Maceration takes place in classic cooled concentrate tanks for 3 weeks. Malolactic Fermentation occur in french new barrels then the wine ages for 18 months after bottling. On the nose you may get tobacco, and black cheery. On the palate it has roasted nut taste with green pepper. It has velvet elegance with long finish. served between 18-20 oC.
