Domiane La Colombette Grenache 2022

Grenache is found in the limestone hillsides around Colombette. The Pugibet family uses proven winemaking methods for Rosé wines. The harvest is done at the end of the night to benefit from the morning freshness. The grapes are pressed as quickly as possible to obtain very pale juice.
