Grenache is found in the limestone hillsides around Colombette. The Pugibet family uses proven winemaking methods for Rosé wines. The harvest is done at the end of the night to benefit from the morning freshness. The grapes are pressed as quickly as possible to obtain very pale juice. Fermentation at low temperature with aging on lees preserves the aromas and adds character. Fresh, fruity wine, full of personality.
FOOD & WINE PAIRING: Rosé is the wine with the widest range of pairings. Also, it tastes very good as an aperitif. But it also goes well with salads, sushi and most meats and fish.
The perfect pairing: tomato-based dishes, a good pizza for example
Best Serve:12°C.
