A true pioneer, François Pugibet planted the famous Chardonnay on its Mediterranean limestone hillsides at the end of the 1970s. In order to tame the southern character, he had the idea of vinifying it in DEMI-MUIDS, traditional 600-litre barrels. This subtle marriage enable him to win the the Chardonnays of the world competition and the nickname of ” The Devil of Chardonnay”.Deep golden yellow colour, with aromas of toast, fresh butter and dried fruit. On the palate this wine is full bodied, complex and lively. The delightful palate continues as this wine has great length.
