This wine is made from grapes from Suze-la-Rousse and Sainte Cécile les Vignes. On a 20 hectares of red Côtes du Rhône vines spread between Suze-la-Rousse and Sainte Cécile les Vignes. This composition highlights the fruity notes and the balance coming from various terroirs. Grape varieties are harvested separately to adapt the ripeness. Short aging in concrete and stainless steel vats.
Taste and Food Pairing: It goes perfectly with a beef carpaccio, a grilled steak, or grilled porcini mushrooms.
