This blend reveals the distinctive power of this exceptional terroir, captivating the senses with incomparable harmony.Harvested by hand, at full maturity. Separate vinification of the grape varieties. Aging of the Syrah in barrels for one year. Aging of Grenache in concrete vats to preserve the aromatic potential. The Domaine de la Présidente extends over 20 hectares in Châteauneuf, of which 17 hectares are dedicated to red grape varieties.

Food Pairing: Perfect companion for a lamb shank with spices, an eggplant tian or quails stuffed with morels.
