Anfora Trio Red has been made from Shiraz  Kalacik Karasi and Cabernet Sauvignon from Güney Vineyard. Aromas of chestnut, wild strawberry, cherry on the nose and black currant on the palate. Balanced and medium bodied with nice acidity and elegant tannins. It pairs well with diced beef dishes, salads with meat, poultry, pasta with bolognese sauce and pizza. best served at 18-20 oC. Shoud be allowed to breath before enjoyed.
