To avoid all treatments, including sulfur and copper, François and Vincent Pugibet worked on the selection of new grape varieties that are naturally resistant to diseases. These grape varieties have common roots with other better known varieties (such as Cabernet) but have their own personality. This vintage is composed of Souvignier Gris and Muscaris. Benefiting from exceptional climatic conditions, these grape varieties from Germany express their full potentials . What a pleasure today to be able to cultivate these vines without artifice.
