What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use in-house delivery service and other reputable delivery companies throughout the year to ensure your delivery arrives safe and on time.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is on the day wherever possible unless you have requested otherwise or we have special and agreed instructions from you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery comes at a fee, depending on your location. Please call or email us for further information.

Can I track my item?

You will be notified when your courier is on the way with an ETA. You will also be given a tracking number to track your delivery.

Do you deliver to my country?

We Deliver in Ghana and we have special arrangements for our Ghanaian-made drinks to be delivered in the U.K., parts of the USA, and beyond. Kindly contact us if you are looking to have a delivery done outside Ghana. We also do deliveries to your friends and family in Ghana.

What is your online returns policy?

Due to safety and tampering laws, we do not accept returns once goods have been delivered or left our premises.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and International Remit and MoMo.

What currencies can I use?

We accept payment in Ghana cedis.
